For the third consecutive year, Bosch is recognized as the Lifestory Research 2021 America's Most Trusted® Refrigerator Appliance. America’s Most Trusted study surveys thousands of people searching for new homes and products and asked them to review brands and share other brand insights about quality, word of mouth, trust, and other measures.

Bosch has won America’s Most Trusted distinction in 2019, 2020, as well as 2021 for the kitchen refrigerator appliance product category.  Brands that earn and retain the trust for multiple years are among the brands that people seek out when shopping for a new product.  Bosch has consistently, over three years, captured the trust of shoppers among other kitchen appliance product groups, including dishwashers and microwaves.

Bosch Refrigerators received the highest trust ratings among the most recognized Refrigerator brands in the United States.  As the 2021 Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted® Refrigerator Appliance brand, Bosch produced a Net Trust Quotient Score of 110.9 and received the 5 Star Trust Rating among people shopping new Refrigerator appliance.  What are the best Refrigerator brands?

WHICH REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE BRAND CAN YOU TRUST?

The 2021 ranking of Refrigerator appliance brands are based on 8,511 people actively shopping for a Refrigerator appliance between January and December in the United States in 2020. The national ranking includes the largest Refrigerator appliance brands selling in the United States. The final trust ranking of brands were brands known throughout the United States as measured by brand awareness. The trust score is calculated based on how thousands of people judge the merits of more than 500 brands and product segments. In the final ranking, brands were nationally recognized with enough survey responses to achieve a 95% confidence level with no more than a 2% margin of error. WHAT REFRIGERATOR DO PEOPLE RECOMMEND? 

The Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted® Study investigates brand perceptions among people searching for a new product, including home appliances.  The study measures customer experiences in the shopping journey and how brand encounters impact word of mouth, quality evaluations, brand trust, and several other brand performance measures.  The Trust Quotient Score generated from shoppers allows brands to be ranked and compared across several product categories. 

The national ranking of brands includes a star rating system.  Brands that generate a 5-star rating are those found to be most trusted by shoppers.  Bosch received the highest Net Trust Quotient score and earned the #1 ranking of most trusted Refrigerator appliance brands.  Bosch has achieved the top-ranked brand in the Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted study three consecutive years from 2019-2021 among people shopping for a new Refrigerator appliance.

The most recognized among Refrigerator appliance brands in the study included Bosch, Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, Maytag, KitchenAid, GE, Kenmore, Frigidaire, and Amana. Bosch received the highest Net Trust Quotient score and earned the #1 ranking of most trusted Refrigerator appliance brands.
