Andersen generated a Net Trust Quotient Score of 116.2 and the 5 Star Trust Rating among people actively shopping a window.

The Lifestory Research 2021 America’s Most Trusted® Windows Brand Study investigates shopper perceptions of residential windows brands and how each encounter impacts customers’ overall value of the brand. The study investigates questions, including the best windows brands, the windows brands people recommend the most, and what customers see as the quality of different residential windows brands? The study also examines feature standards that drive customer satisfaction, shopper reviews of window brands, net promoter, quality reviews, purchase intent, and other measures.

WHICH BRAND CAN YOU TRUST?

The Lifestory Research 2021 America’s Most Trusted® Window Brand study examines trust among consumers actively shopping a window. The 2021 ranking is based on 4,334 people surveyed between January and December in the United States.  Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized by people who were actively shopping for a window. The trust score is calculated based on how thousands of people judge the merits of more than 500 brands and product segments. The most recognized residential window brands are among the nationally-ranked brands evaluated in the study. This approach provides insight into how brands are seen within the window product category and across product industries.

The residential window brands that were found to be most recognized in the study were Andersen, Pella, Weather Shield, American Craftsman, JELD-WEN, Champion, Milgard, and Marvin. Brand awareness and brand familiarity were used to determine if a residential window brand was known well enough to be included in the national trust ranking.  Andersen received the highest Net Trust Quotient score and earned the #1 ranking of most trusted window brands.
