This year, we mark the 10th year of the America's Most Trusted® Home Builder study.  The home builder study is the most extensive and longest-running research program seeking to understand the opinions of home shoppers. Over the last ten years, using social and opinion science research practices that seek to adhere to the highest quality standards of consumer insight, Lifestory Research has surveyed more than 500,000 new home shoppers for the America's Most Trusted® Home Builder study. 

The Lifestory Research 2022 America's Most Trusted® Home Builder Study found that the most trusted builder was Taylor Morrison.  Taylor Morrison ranked highest on the Net Trust Quotient Score among recognized home builder brands in the study.  Taylor Morrison has ranked #1 in trust in the America's Most Trusted® Home Builder Study seven years in a row (2016-2022).

The Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted® Study recognizes the top-rated brands based on opinions collected over the prior 12 months throughout the United States. The study provides a ranking of the best home builders. In the Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted® Study,  51,209 customers shopping for a new home were surveyed and asked their opinions of the top home builders. A top #1 rank represents the home builder brand that generated the highest Net Trust Quotient Score within the product category. Taylor Morrison captured the 5 Star Rating with a Net Trust Quotient Score of 123.6 among people actively shopping for a new home.
