A brand with the highest Net Trust Index Quotient Score has significant consumer trust, whereas a brand with a Trust Antagonist voices distrust. 2023 America’s Most Trusted Home Security System
The Lifestory Research 2023 America’s Most Trusted® Home Security System Study found ADT as the most trusted brand among people considering the purchase of a home security system. The Lifestory Research 2023 America’s Most Trusted® Home Security System ranking is based on 5,649 opinions of people surveyed between January and December in the United States. ADT had the highest trust rating among the most popular home security systems with a Net Trust Quotient Score of 115.3.
The most trusted home security systems, in order, were ADT, Brinks, Ring, Honeywell, LifeShield, Abode, SimpliSafe, Nest Secure, and Vivint. ADT received the best reviews and trust ratings among the most popular home security systems as judged by consumers. Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized by people actively shopping for a home security system.
If a home security brand had a low brand awareness and did not have enough brand judgments, these brands were excluded from the rankings Brands had to receive enough responses to achieve a 95% confidence level and a margin of error no higher than 3% for inclusion in the Security System study rating results.
