2024 America’s Most Trusted Insulation
The Lifestory Research 2024 America’s Most Trusted® Insulation Study found Owens Corning to be the most trusted brand among people considering the purchase of insulation. With a Net Trust Quotient Score of 113.7, Owens Corning had the highest trust rating among the most popular insulation brands.
The Lifestory Research 2024 America’s Most Trusted® Insulation ranking is based on 4,415 opinions of people surveyed in the United States over the last 12 months. The most trusted home insulation brands, in order, were Owens Corning, Honeywell, Dow, BASF, Johns Manville, Certain Teed, US Gypsum, Rockwool, Celotex, and Icynene.
Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized by people actively shopping for home insulation. The study focuses on understanding how people plan on replacing or installing insulation in their home shop and rate insulation brands. A home insulation brand's low awareness and insufficient evaluative data determined exclusion from the rankings. To qualify, insulation brands needed to accumulate enough survey responses to attain a 95% confidence level with no more than a 3% margin of error. This statistical rigor accurately represents the surveyed population's opinions concerning the home insulation brands analyzed.
