Every year, updated results are revealed in January, making the study one of the most anticipated in the industry.

Lifestory Research shares the most recent results of America's Most Trusted® every year. Every year, we survey thousands to learn about their perceptions and experiences with specific brands. Net Trust Quotient Scores determine how much consumers trust specific brands when shopping for products. Please see the Net Trust Quotient Scores (NTQS) are used to determine whether a product meets customer expectations compared to competing brands within a specific product category by assessing the level of trust customers hold for a particular brand within a specific product category. The Lifestory Research ratings, reviews, and awards are based on detailed survey feedback based on the opinions and trust ratings of those surveyed in the window study. We do not use third-party reviews and ratings, editorial committees, or industry professionals in determining the most trusted window brands. We rely on real people's opinions and rigorous social scientific survey standards to obtain window ratings, including sample sizes designed to reflect the target audience's opinions. All window research findings are exclusively founded on the opinions of people who independently completed the surveys in America's Most Trusted Research program.
2024 America’s Most Trusted Window
The Lifestory Research 2024 America’s Most Trusted® Window Study found Andersen to be the most trusted brand among people considering the purchase of a window. The Lifestory Research 2024 America’s Most Trusted® Window ranking is based on 2,350 opinions of people surveyed in the United States over the last 12 months.
Brands included in the final ranking were nationally recognized by people actively shopping for a window. With the Net Trust Quotient Score of 119.1, Andersen had the highest trust rating among the most popular window brands. The most trusted window brands were Andersen, Pella, Milgard, JELD-WEN, Weather Shield, Marvin, and Ply Gem.
Window brands with inadequate awareness and judgments were excluded from the window brand rankings based on predefined criteria. Inclusion necessitated many survey responses to achieve a 95% confidence level with no more than a 3% margin of error. This rigorous standard ensures that the window brand rankings accurately mirror the opinions of the surveyed population regarding the brands in the study.
